Several research groups employ the instruments available in the laboratory.
Instrumentation of the laboratory
The laboratory is composed by a temperature-controlled room in the basement. It includes 4 racks containing the computing machines with over 500 cores of computational power. Several commercial software, such as Gaussian, Amber, Gromacs, Matlab, are available for calculations and simulations of molecular properties.
Educational activity
In the laboratory, the following activities are supported:
- bachelor and master thesis of students;
- research projects of Ph.D. students and post-doctoral researchers
